On October 23 and 24, 2025, Joy~Nostalg | Raemulan Lands Inc. was among the country's leading private developers who answered the government's call to gather at the World Trade Center in Pasay City for the first government-initiated National Housing Expo under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
Organized by the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) and led by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), the two-day expo brought together more than 50 private developers and attracted approximately 20,000 prospective homebuyers. It was the largest convergence of the Philippine housing sector in recent memory, and for Joy~Nostalg, it was both a milestone and a moment of mission.

At the Joy~Nostalg booth, a life-size 1:1 scale model of the Pasinaraw House Model was on display, giving thousands of Filipino families a chance to step inside and experience, firsthand, what a Pasinaya Home actually feels like.
The response was overwhelming.
Over the two days, the Joy~Nostalg team entertained more than 2,500 inquiries from prospective homebuyers drawn to the Pasinaya Homes by Extraordinary Enclaves model. The volume and quality of engagement did not go unnoticed. Joy~Nostalg received recognition from DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta for the Most Number of Inquiries at the National Housing Expo 2025.
For a team whose mission is to home the homeless, this recognition carried meaning beyond the numbers. Every inquiry was a family with a dream. Every question asked was hope looking for a door.

On the first day of the expo, Group Executive Officer Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr. took the stage at the forum titled "Build Homes, Build Happiness," speaking on the private sector's role in advancing inclusive, livable communities through socialized housing development.
His message was direct, honest, and deeply personal.
Mr. Ng opened by acknowledging the scale of the crisis. In March 2021, at the height of the pandemic, the House Committee on Housing and Urban Development declared a National Housing Crisis, citing close to seven million homeless Filipino families. He noted that despite this, the combined efforts of the entire housing industry produced just over 700,000 units between 2016 and 2020, far short of what the crisis demands.
But the heart of his message was a challenge to his own industry.
"The real housing crisis is not the non-inclusivity of the poor in a housing solution. It is the non-inclusivity of us, the developers, in the housing problem. We need to recognize that we are part of the problem."
He acknowledged the difficulty of socialized housing, but refused to let inconvenience become an excuse.
"The real life challenges experienced by the homeless are far more excruciating than our inconveniences."
He called on fellow developers to embrace three values in committing to greater socialized housing development: a preferential option for the poor, an empathic passion for their justice, and an optimistic creativity to idealize their reality.
He closed with a call that was both personal and collective:
"Let us be inclusive together, and together as one Filipino community, let us happily home the homeless in the millions. Truthfully, I think this is the only choice for us, for them."

The National Housing Expo 2025 was the highlight of the National Shelter Month celebration led by DHSUD. President Marcos Jr. personally led the opening ceremony, reaffirming his administration's commitment to providing safe, decent, and dignified housing for every Filipino family under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
More than 100,000 brand-new housing units and 30,000 Pag-IBIG acquired assets were made available to potential buyers. Attendees received on-site housing loan assessments, direct assistance from Pag-IBIG Fund, and access to learning sessions throughout the two days.
For Joy~Nostalg, the expo was a confirmation that the work of building homes for the homeless is not only necessary. It is wanted, needed, and embraced by thousands of Filipino families who are ready to take that step toward a home of their own.

Joy~Nostalg is deeply grateful to DHSUD and Pag-IBIG Fund for creating this platform for the housing sector to serve Filipino families at scale. The Most Number of Inquiries recognition is held not as a trophy but as a reminder: there are still millions of families waiting, and the work is far from finished.
To every family that visited the Pasinaya Homes booth, asked a question, and dared to dream of a home: thank you. Your hope is the reason this mission exists.
